Our interactive workshop is designed to empower you with the knowledge and tools necessary to create a resume that highlights your strengths and captures the attention of hiring managers. Participants will learn the different types of resumes and when to use them, how to optimize your resume to get past Applicant Tracking Software, tips to strengthen your messaging, and tips for effective cover letters.

This session includes one 60-minute small group session and one 30-minute personal one-on-one consultation.

About the Presenter

Krystal Yates is a certified HR expert with SHRM-SCP and SPHR certifications.  She is the President and Founder of EBR HR Experts. 

Prior to EBR, Krystal worked for small businesses in DFW, overseeing HR and Operations. Additionally, she has been working with job seekers in all facets of job hunting since 2010.  In September 2018, Krystal published her first book, The Insider's Guide to Your Dream Career.

Krystal is a member of the Forbes Coaches Council. She serves on the Feral Friends Community Cat Alliance board, is a Trustee for The Longhorn Group of Charities Unit Accounting Trust, and volunteers with DallasHR and the Lewisville Area Chamber of Commerce.
