Fellow Opportunities

PDI-POA currently offers three fellowship positions with two available terms.  

Spring 2026 Term

  • Dates: February 2026 - May 2026 
  • Format: Fully Remote
  • Positions available: 
    • Events Fellow 
    • Marketing and Outreach Fellow 
  • Estimated time commitment: 4-5 hours per month. 

Summer 2026 Term 

  • Dates: June 2026 - August 2026 
  • Format: Fully Remote 
  • Positions Available
    • Event - Forum Specific 
      • This role will be required to attend the 2026 Annual Forum in person in Indianapolis, IN from July 20 - July 23, 2026.
  • Estimated time commitment: 4-5 hours per month with the exception of the forum with estimated time commitment of 25-30 hours on site. 

Roles and Responsibilities

Events Fellow

  • Maintain and manage content calendar under the VP of Communication
  • Design Promotional Materials for events and membership campaigns 
  • Build and maintain a state-by-state protocol resource directory 
  • Support the VP of Membership in developing and executing a national outreach plan 
  • Assist with promotional efforts leading to the 2026 forum 
  • Other duties assigned by staff

Marketing and Outreach Fellow

  • Maintain and manage content calendar under the VP of Communication
  • Design Promotional Materials for events and membership campaigns 
  • Build and maintain a state-by-state protocol resource directory 
  • Support the VP of Membership in developing and executing a national outreach plan 
  • Assist with promotional efforts leading to the 2026 forum

Forum Fellow

  • Maintain and manage content calendar under the VP of Communication
